Please review your shipping information for accuracy before submitting an order. Battery Tender® is unable to change a shipping address once the order has been placed.

Battery Tender® offers Ground and Expedited shipping service options. For orders over $99.95, the cost of Ground shipping is free to the 48 contiguous US states. For orders under $99.95, the cost of Ground shipping is a flat rate of $9.99 to the 48 contiguous US states. Shipping is a flat fee of $25 for orders shipped to AK and HI.

Normal processing time is 2-3 days from receipt of order excluding holidays and weekends. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as shipments may be affected by weather-related delays or events outside of our control.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking will be active within 24 hours of email receipt.

Please note, we do not ship internationally or to PO Boxes, US Protectorates, or APO/FPO at this time. Additionally, at this time we cannot accept orders with billing and shipping addresses that do not match.

Carrier will be selected at the sole discretion of Battery Tender®. 

Pre-Orders
Backordered items may take 1 to 5 weeks to ship. Pre-orders are charged once the item ships.

When a pre-order item is ordered, an authorization hold request is sent to the card issuer. Authorization holds are not actual charges and will eventually expire and drop off an account based upon the time-frame set by the card-issuing bank. If the authorization hold expires before the order is ready to be shipped, the authorization will automatically renew.

If a pre-order item and an available item are on the same order, the available item will ship immediately.

Most Deltran product support issues can be resolved remotely without sending the unit in for evaluation or service. Before initiating a return please contact Deltran technical support at support@deltran-global.com or (877) 456-7901 for troubleshooting and diagnostics.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund of the purchase price of the product (shipping charges are non-refundable) or exchange the product for another one. You can return or exchange a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Please contact us at returns@deltran-global.com to approve a return. We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior return approval.

To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $49.95, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Any attempt to return an item to Deltran that was not purchased through BatteryTender.com will render our return policy void. If you have purchased a Battery Tender® product from another seller, please see that seller’s return policy for more information.
