- 2) Send original store identified receipt or sales receipt dated between 6/15/12 and 7/15/12, with the Battery Tender® Plus purchase circled.
- 3) Cut-out, and attach the original UPC code 7-34357-00128-0 from the #021-0128 Battery Tender® Plus packaging.
- 4)Receive: A rebate check for $10 via mail
